I have optifine and mcpatcher and I use the sphax texture pack and I want connected textures and I don't know how to use connected textures. The connected textures option in video settings is set to fancy. I'm in 1.8
I play a game called Minecraft and my step dad hates it to no end! He likes to mess with me and turn the Wi-Fi off while I play or get on my computer. He know quite a lot about computers and phones. He lies to my mom and i saying he does not turn off the internet.( my mom does not know much) he persuades her into thinking I'm paranoid. I have know about the router.login website for a while now. He figured out about it and then he changed the password so the password is no longer: Blank, password, or 1234. When I try to change it it ask me for his home town, and fathers middle name (wich I know) but still does not work. My family is on low budget and I make intros for people for about $5 so I can make my own money but I can't do that when he turn the internet off and tells everyone I'm paranoid.
My school had it, so i put it on a flash drive. It was 1.5.2, but i can't update since i don't have an account. Apparently, it says that i can have on if i buy the game, but i'm broke, so how can i do it?
So i'm looking to create a full game, just do it on my spare time, which i have a lot of; basically what i'm looking for is something i can create an entire world. Something simple like minecraft.
I want to get into PC going so I could do with a name to use for steam, Minecraft and other games etc, ideally I would like it to involve my real name(Stephen) but I can't think of any because I'm not that creative but if someone can come up with a thew it'll be much appreciated, thank you.
Why is the resources folder missing in the minecraft folder for 1.8 on mac. I checked and discovered that the resource folder is there when I run 1.7.10 but not there when I run 1.8. Could someone help me out?
My minecraft is extremely laggy on the singleplayer mode and multiplayer mode sometimes to I have the highest update. It could be that my computers kinda old its a pc i don't know can you guys help

I just got a computer from my uncle and i want to install minecraft. I have already bought minecraft in the past and i can log in on the website. When i go to "minecraft.net", i click on download (after i logged in). Then i try clicking on "Show all platforms" and nothing happens.

Ok so I've played a fair few video games in my life varying from the creative mind of playing Minecraft or LittleBigPlanet to simply aiming down my sights and shooting with Battlefield and Call of Duty.
My favourite games lately have been the likes of Last of Us, Portal 2 and Borderlands 2 etc
However since getting a next generation console I've been left slightly disappointed with the exclusives and I've been trying to find my next favourite game, I thought Destiny would be it since but it falls short (however I will say it has a strong future with Destiny2 hopefully building on its foundations) so can someone point me in the right direction
