My minecraft is extremely laggy on the singleplayer mode and multiplayer mode sometimes to I have the highest update. It could be that my computers kinda old its a pc i don't know can you guys help

You have to either get a better computer or clean up the one you have. By clean up, I mean get rid of any programs that are slowing your computer down that you don't need.
I really hope you haven't already given Alex your login info, there's nothing he can do to help. He just wants to steal your account.
