I just got a computer from my uncle and i want to install minecraft. I have already bought minecraft in the past and i can log in on the website. When i go to "minecraft.net", i click on download (after i logged in). Then i try clicking on "Show all platforms" and nothing happens.
Why won't it let me download minecraft?
It worked for me when I was not logged in. This is what I did:
1. Go to https://minecraft.net/...craft.net/
2. There should be something that says: "Already bought the game? Download it here" Click it.
3. Now you should be at the part you were having trouble at. So now Left-Click the "Show all platforms".
4. Now there should be options for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I'm assuming you probably have a Mac (Or else you wouldn't have to click the "Show all platforms") so click the "Minecraft.dmg". If you don't have a Mac, then click the one that is the right one for you.
5. After you click it then it should prompt you to download it and you can download it as like you would normally.
I think what may be the problem is that you were probably Right-Clicking the "Show all platforms" and then opening it up in a new link. If you already tried Left-Clicking instead of Right-Clicking then try downloading it while signed out.
