I want to start getting into PC gaming but?

I have a laptop which isn't meant for gaming. It has 4gb of RAM but no dedicated video ram. I can play minecraft smoothly but do you think i'd be able to play csgo? Also i can't access the bios since it's a laptop. I only have about $250 so buying a PC is out of the picture for about a year so unless you have links to incredible pc/laptop deals then no need for links(i'm fine with building one but don't know where to start with the price range i have) so i just want to know if i can play csgo or if there are any great deals on pc/laptops that are suitable for gaming.

Stuck in the end (Minecraft)?

I was playing minecraft and decided to make an end portal. When it finished downloading the terrain, all I got was a purple screen. My inventory would come up when I pushed e, but when I pushed F5 I didn't even show up! I tried looking around and it was the same purple screen. How do I get outta this?

Did Minecraft Have Chairs?

My friends keep on saying that chairs used to be in minecraft. I don't believe them. Only answer if you know for a fact don't guess.

How to zoom out my Emerson TV?

I mainly use this TV for gaming so this really affects my field of view. My last TV was an LG plasma, it is really good for gaming, but I'm bringing up my last TV for comparison reasons. Lets talk about the field of view when I played Skyrim. When I played it on the LG, could see my normal FOV (field of view) by just looking at how far my characters hands would show, which was really good, but once I played it on my Emerson, I noticed I could see a lot less of my characters arms, that also means my FOV was decreased, I even noticed the change when I played Minecraft, I could see less of my character's arm, for a gamer, FOV is very important, that's why I want it fixed. Just to help you guys figure this out, my Emerson TV is a flat screen LCD display with 42 inches, the model is LF461EM4 A. I already tried going to the menu and manually zooming out but I noticed that the only options were normal (which added side bars), 16:9 (which I'm currently using but doesn't help), movie expand, zoom, and wide. All the options we're just more versions that zoom in even more. I can't figure out what I'm not doing and if the TV has a natural, non-fixable zoom. If it can't be fixed, then thank you for your help.

Is the same Minecraft launcher?

When I open the standard Minecraft launcher, it gives me a problem, so I can't open it. Is it the same if I open launcher.jar (C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\game\launcher.jar)? It opens me Minecraft launcher. But… Are there any differences?

Minecraft launching error?

Today I installed Minecraft, and when the installation finished, Minecraft opened automatically so it was installing launcher files. At some point, the launcher gave me an error: "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft." I reinstalled Minecraft many times, but without a result. What should I do? Anyone have a solution? Thanks… (sorry for my bad English)

Added (1). What should I do? Do you have some methods or ways to install the launcher files correctly?
