Stuck in the end (Minecraft)?

I was playing minecraft and decided to make an end portal. When it finished downloading the terrain, all I got was a purple screen. My inventory would come up when I pushed e, but when I pushed F5 I didn't even show up! I tried looking around and it was the same purple screen. How do I get outta this?

Can't see the picture if you don't post it, and we can't get into your computer to see it. Click add your answer, then click Photo/Video and upload the picture that way.
Sometimes, the nether just doesn't load. If your seeds nether didn't load, you're stuck and will have to make a new world.
