Cheapest build that can max out these games?

I want max settings, ~60FPS (or higher), on Minecraft, Garry's Mod, Hidden: Source Beta 4B, and Team Fortress Two. With 3 monitors at 1080p each (24 to 27 inch displays). I know the games are not that demanding, I'm just wondering what price range I should be looking at excluding the monitors. PC Part Picker lists and/or typing parts in the replies are greatly accepted!

Also, would the GTX 750ti work for this?

Minecraft won't open after installing mods?

OK I used to play minecraft a lot but, since the new installer I just didn't play it all to often but, I wanted to give it another go. I used to install mods manually but, I couldn't figure it out from the new installer so I said f**k it and used FTB, TechnicLauncher, and even skydaz installer to help me install and whenever I try to run any of them something weird happens… It fully loads and never comes up with the mincraft screen. Not even the crash screen comes up. The TechnicLauncher doesn't even full load before the "checking" stops halfway through. I can run vanilla just fine, but even with the simplest mods installed t won't work.

Which is the best version of Minecraft to mod?

I'm completely new to Minecraft and I recently tried the 1.7.10 version in which I didn't got more explosives mod to work with Forge latest version but I got the weapons mod working and most websites were giving instructions of installation about putting all the files in Minecraft.jar but I didn't have any file or folder like that. I just got a mod folder. So I want to know which version supports all the mods.

Minecraft forge 1.7.10 mod

I'm currently trying to run a hemachi network Minecraft 1.7.10 forge server for multiplayer, I have about 48 different mods, they all work except the creature mods, like Lycanites or Mo's creatures. I have an error log too for it from the server Java tool. Can anyone help me? The creature mods work in singleplayer, just not multiplayer, I'v tried copying the singleplayer world into multiplayer but the creatures still won't show up/spawn.

I need a good mod make a Minecraft mod for me?

I have a really cool idea for a Minecraft mod. It's called "The RedstoneMan" mod. It's not some lame Redstome mod, which adds Redstone armor, tools, weapons, and maybe a few mobs. No, this is much MUCH bigger, and better. I'd post my details on here, but I don't want them stolen.

Anyway, I need an exceptionally good mod maker to help me by building and coding my mod for me. I have many great ideas, but I'm not tech savvy enough to make them real. If you or someone you've heard of is very good at making clean, bug-free mods, and relatively large mods at that, please tell me! They have to do it for FREE. I'm not spending my money on a mod. So please help me here. I just want to make my ideas come to life.

Which computer should I get? - 1

I'm looking for a computer for school. Ideally, I would like a laptop with a 15.6 inch touch screen, a 500 gigabytes hard drive, 4 gigabytes of RAM, and a battery life of about six hours. I would primarily use it for programs such as Word and Excel, but I'm also looking to play games like Minecraft and Garry's Mod. Also, I only want to spend about $400, but I'm willing to pay more. Does such a computer (or at least something similar) exist?
