Is Tom Clancy's The Division worth it?

So i'm in kind of a predicament there's this game that I want really really bad it's called Tom Clancy's, The Division it's not out yet and if you don't know what it is go search it up but I want this game so badly it's not even funny. The thing is I don't have an xbox one and I don't think it is coming out for Xbox 360(which I own) and I'm not sure i should spend my money on an Xbox one just for one game but I want to play this game so badly. I play Minecraft and League of Legends on my laptop which can run them pretty well 30 fps on each game but it is obviously not strong enough for Tom Clancy's The Division so I thought of building a gaming pc but none of my friends play pc. My too friends who I used to play xbox 360 with all the time well I went to the same highschool as one and the other went to a different one, one of them got the xbox one and has his heart set on Tom Clancy's The Division. So if I'm gonna get this game I would rather it for Xbox as I would have a friend to co op with and this game is an MMO so it is gonna be very multiplayer co op based. So what do you think I should do to be able to play this game. If so tell me if you think this game is worth dropping $500 on an Xbox one, I feel this game will last a long time BTW.

Anyways I have been rambling for so long, but anyways all of your advice is greatly appreciated and thank you for all of your help.

Different consoles, different XLive?

So, let's say I have an Xbox 360 and a friend has a One. And we both have let's say Minecraft. Can we play together or we need the same consoles?

Should I still pay for xbox gold membership?

My friends keep telling me to buy gold membership so we can play GTA online and talk in a party. I predict that we will do some boring missions again and they are kind of jackass trolls. They go play minecraft or dark souls anyways, saying that they are bored. I will also be busy with soccer in a few weeks and harder classes in school this year. I will probably only have time to play on the weekends, and i don't know if 2 and a half days every week is worth the membership fee. I wish I had a ps3, which I did but my jackass brother sold it, but none of my friends have it because everyone's mom bought their kid an xbox.

Which 8th gen console should I get?

Right now I have a Xbox 360 with around 15 or 16 games, and ill be getting Halo Wars soon. But I wondered what 8th gen console ill go for next. Of course I thought of the Xbox One because of Halo, Kinect-less bundle, and I bought Minecraft on the 360 so ill only have to pay $5 for the One's version. Then I thought of the PS4, I haven't had a Playstation since the PS2. I want to try Sony's 1st party games, and get $10 off of online gaming. I went to Gamestop to try their demo PS4. I played Knack which was fun but I hated the controller. Maybe it's because i'm used to Xbox controllers? I've also been sad i've missed out on Nintendo's 1st party games with the Wii. And with retro games becoming more and more overpriced I want a Wii U. But i can only pick one console. Sorry for it being a very long read.

- I have Steam but I don't know how to get the game through the site

Can you re download previously bought games on an Xbox One?

I have recently got an Xbox One, i know that certain games can't be played it yet but i know that Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare for example does, and i'm sure Minecraft will be soon. I have bought both of these games on my Xbox 360, can i (i'm using the same account i bought them on) re download them onto my Xbox one without having to pay again?

I'm new to this and i'm really not sure, Thanks to anyone who can answer.

Suggestions? - General lack of interest in Video Games?

Right now, I'm 16 years old. Since the age of 6-15, I'd always have video games to play that interested me. There was Pokémon, Mario, and Sonic, those kind of basic Nintendo titles that I spent my childhood playing. When I was 13, I discovered Minecraft. I basically wasted almost 3 years on that game. I stopped playing Minecraft about 10 months ago. Since then, and even before I stopped playing Minecraft, I've found it hard to become interested in any video games.

Basically, I need help finding titles that will interest me. Here is a list of games I will play without getting bored.

- Pokémon (Only once or twice in-game run through)
- Any new mario platformer (except for Wii-U)
- Dragon Ball Z games (Rpg's, action-adventure)

These are all on release, or once time playthroughs.

I don't like MMORPGS/MMOS, and am picky about RPG's in general. I will take any suggestions from ANY console/PC except for - WII-U, PS4, Xbox One.

Please, write me some suggestions. Here is a list of the steam games I own, don't send any of these. (I only ever play like 5% of the games here anyway.)
