You can play those games on the US Xbox but if your account has gold membership for a different country I don't think You'll be able to play online with your ID

The games can be played on the US Xbox. The software is no different.

No it can't cause the TV system is different. Only portable consoles like DS and PSP work in other countries.

Probably sometimes games and systems are distributed by regions so US is region 1 and can play games thst are only region 1. If you have anything besides region 1, like region 2or 3, than you won't be able to play since the scanner can't read the codes

No. North American 360 is NTSC while European 360 is pal.
360 games are region locked. PS3, ps4, xbx1, and most handheld games are region free.
