I logged in didn't work, made new account didn't work, I can't load into any server. I even deleted the game and bought it agajn

Is it possible? My friends account is not legit so he plays in this cracked hunger games server. I actualy bought the game so when i try to get in that server it says "unknown host"

I met an owner of a server online and he wanted me to help build so I went ahead and did so but we're a large server with 5 warps to both creative survival and pvp worlds also admin positions are available all we want is numbers so come on the server and try it out for yourselfs and tell your friends.

PC Minecraft Switches Not Functioning?

On Minecraft (PC), no switches seem to be doing anything. Buttons, pressure plates, redstone torches, pistons, none of that works.

It's a multiplayer server and the owner doesn't seem to know anything about why this is happening.

Is there some kind of command or something to have switches re-activated?

Is it right for a server of an open source game to disallow recording?

I've noticed some servers of the open source minecraft clone, minetest, disallows recording for youtube. I find this funny and ethically bewildering not just that the game is released under the LGPL 2.1 but that kids are being told to pull down videos from youtube when its unenforceable.
