I have port forwarded my minecraft server with utorrent and when i go on websites that check your ports like canyouseeme.org they all say my port is open but nobody is able to join! WHY? Port is 25565
First off, I prefer a little modded minecraft either with actual mods or plugins. I played on Kiwiservers pixelmon server for the longest time and loved every single moment and will keep playing on it. I also just started playing a fairy tail plugin server which is alright I guess.
My main thing is I would like to play on a server where donors are not OP or people who do not donate are still able to get really good stuff. The fairy tail server you only get like 3 spells unless you donate for more.
I would much prefer a server where the harder you work, the more you get. I'm fine with a few things being donor only like on pixelmon servers how legendaries are donor only but all other pokemon are up for grabs in the wild.
I'm a very good player. On Kiwiservers I worked all the way up to admin and never break any rules. Now i'm not saying I want to be staff, I just want to be on a server that people who don't donate can still get good stuff and work up to stuff rather than only donors get the good stuff and non donors are just there playing pretty much normal minecraft.
Any suggestions? Btw if I really like your server, ill do youtube videos on it. I haven't been recording for a while due to have a child soon and busy but it is on my list of things to do.
So, i'm open to anything really! More into modded/plugin servers but normal minecraft servers are ok.

Added (1). I'm looking for a not very popular minecraft server. Like 10ish people on it at once. Anyway, me and my boyfriend were on this server and we were staff. I was head-mod he was mod. Anyway the owner restarteted the server and disabled our staff powers. I can't set home or anything and he REFUSES to talk to me. I have waited for almost a month and I'm giving up.

So i was trying to make a minecraft server and i took the minecraft server exe file dragged it in my server folder that i made i ran it then accepted the eula by changing it to true saved it then ran it again and it automaticly closed like i didn't accept it

I have done everything, and it's not working. I have port forwarded it, I have opened, accepted and run the server but it's not showing up!
I need a minecraft server with easy to join and does not need username registration require?
I'm looking for a small survival server with about 5-10 people. Please do not come to advertise a huge server. I want a small server where we can just mine and survive together. If you know a seem ever or even better give me your own that would be great.
I've gone through many tutorials and what not. Everything was going fine until I got a message friend saying they couldn't connect.
I'll summarize this up:
login to router (linksys) > Applications & Gaming > Single Port Forwarding
Filled as app name: Minecraft
external internal port: 25565
Protocol: Both TCP and UDP
To IP Address: [my ipv4 address located in cmd ipconfig]
Enabled: checked
saved settings
Launched server
connected to server and invited friend
friend can't connect
Added (1). Tested by setting Application to FTP and enabled that.
Ran a test, but stills says port is closed!
