Minecraft Server Port Forwarding

I made a Spigot Server and i port forwarded it but I'm not sure why no one else can join. Please help me. I aint entering any IP in the server.properties and I don't even know what to do. I have also tried disabling my Firewall and making my friend do so too. Still, he couldn't join… I once made everything perfect with my previous ISP but now i switched to a USB mobile network called Warid. Its Configuration site is EXACTLY like that of the Huawei E5776 so please help me and ask me whatever you want about this.

Minecraft server hosting? - 1

This probably isn't the best place for something like this, but I was just wondering if anybody would be willing to tell me if there's some type of free minecraft server hosting anywhere. I'm just asking, because my friend wants to make a server for me and him to do survival on.

I have a Really bad virus, how do I stop it? (Read Description)?

I have a virus on my windows 8 computer that prevents me from running applications, and has also made itself an administrator. I can't use any program as an administrator, (specifically command prompt) And if I try to create new accounts, The virus won't let me. I can barely do anything in settings that will change the virus at all, please help. This computer is only a few months old and I don't want to buy a new one.

Recently, I went to a website with an ad about some "media player update" and accidentally clicked on it, thinking i clicked something else, i waited until I got this screen with a loading thing with a kind of bootleg look of adobe flash. I immediately closed out. Little did i know that the virus already loaded itself onto the computer. I first noticed this when i tried to play on a minecraft server and it didn't work. When I tried to resolve the problem, command prompt didn't work.

What is this minecraft server called?

Okay so I play minecraft for pc, and I like to play on online servers. One time a very long while ago, I played on a type of server where you and a certain amount of people spawned in a random location with nothing or maybe a kit supply. Then you had a certain amount of time where you couldn't hurt eachother (usually like 3 mins) to gather supplies and make weapons or something. Then you fought it out and last one standing one. And no i'm not talking about hunger games. This is some sort of survival pvp. Does anyone know what this game mode is called or does anyone know of a server that has this type of game? Please give me an ip or just answer what it is called so I can find one

Is there a Minecraft server like this? - 1

I can't remember much of it, but it was a fantasy rpg server. I remember there being a few good classes, with great spells, for or five different kingdoms, one of which was constructed out of MASSIVE trees surrounded by a wall - and the race that originated there were shapeshifters - and… Yeah. The forest was turned into small stumps because someone said that that part of the map belonged to them or something.
If it still exists, could someone help me and get me the IP? If not, thanks anyways.

Why doesn't Minecraft run smoothly?

My Laptop has 6 Gb of RAM, an Intel Core i5-3317U, an NVIDIA Geforce GT 635M 2Gb graphics Card and Windows 64bit. I also have Java 8 Update 45 Installed. Minecraft lags extremely bad on both Servers and offline, both modded and not modded. I even turned to the lowest Settings, but now Whenever I break a block, it reappears and I have to break it again.

How to stop my ping from spiking when a player connects to my Minecraft server?

I'm running a Minecraft server at my house on my laptop that is wirelessly connected to my router. It is a very small server (1-3 players connected at one time), but when a player connects to my server, my ping in League of Legends on my desktop will spike up from ~105ms to ~300ms for 3-6 seconds then drop back down to normal (~105ms). I have a 25 Mbps connection and am using an ASUS RT-AC87U router. With this router, I'm looking at my bandwidth and seeing no spikes in Mbps being used by my laptop.

This only started happening a few days ago and I'm not sure what would have changed. Any suggestions on what I could check?

Also, one user specifically connects to my server and the ping does not go back to normal after spiking up. It seems to stay at a steady ~130ms ping until she starts running where it spikes to over 200ms. I'm not sure what can be causing ONE person to do this. I have tested and made sure it was only happening with this one person.
