No. Every ballot has a captcha, or a Human Tester. No program or bot can solve these, only humans.

I'm going to have to disagree with you Jeffrey, but thanks for your answer. There are programs, for example decaptcha, which are able to solve captchas, i did a research project on them for school. I'm just wondering if someone was able to create a program that implemented one of those to be able to auto vote
