Stuck in a hole on a Minecraft server?

I'm stuck in a hole on a minecraft server. I can't break any blocks, but I can place some. I can't kill any mobs either. I'm stuck in a ditch, and I'm stuck with one zombie who keeps following me around, pretty annoying.

Anyways, I was wondering if there was a way to leave without killing myself or spawning elsewhere.

I can't /warp out, and I can't do /spawn, because there would be no way to get back to the place I was heading to.

Added (1). I found out that Essentials Protect is on emergency mode. I'm not the owner, but is there a way to turn it off?

I'm a huge minecraft player, but I want to play with other people. Other servers have too many people, and I can't find any servers with just plain multiplayer survival on them. I want my own Minecraft server. Is there a way to that is free?

Minecraft Server 1.8.3 Won't Open Anymore?

So, one day I tried opening my minecraft_server.1.8.3.exe and for some reason it would run for a second and then shut down. The server had been working fine until that day. The eula is set to true and I don't remember any changes that could've caused it. I've tried using the lastest version (1.8.8) but with the same outcome. Please let me know if there's more information I need to post.

Problem with minecraft server?

Hi, I'm having problems with my Minecraft server. I made a server for me and my friend but sometimes it randomly doesn't open and gives error for both of us. Other than that, it works fine. I read about it and the people say that it's because another Minecraft is open, but I know for sure it isn't. The only thing that helped was installing another version of MC, but honestly, I'm too tired to do that. I'd appreciate the help

I can't use my IP in my web browser?

I'm trying to start a server in minecraft so me and a few friends can play together. I made the server and I can play on it, but when someone else tries my IP, they can't connect. I think I need to port forward to solve this. But when I type in my IP into my web browser, my web browser does not respond. I've tried using just the IP itself, the http:// then IP and I still get nothing. What am I doing wrong?
