Extreme Minecraft lag?

So I haven't played minecraft in a few months and my friends are working on setting up a modded minecraft server. I got on minecraft to test out my single player world again and was greeted by 1-2 fps. I was able to play minecraft with 60+ fps a few months back and I know my computer can handle minecraft. I would like to fix this soon before the modded server opens. All help is appreciated.

Added (1). I can put the game in full screen and it works within the loaded area but once I try to go to a different area or load in a new part of the map it drops from 60 to 2 fps

Is screensharing allowed?

Is screensharing a PC allowed?
So I was wondering if its allowed to screenshare other pc's with programs like join.me, anydesk or skype?

In a game called Minecraft, staff members of a server can screenshare players to look if they have hacks/cheats on theyr computer by looking trough the files in a computer. But is it really allowed to look trough other people's computer?

Is it allowed to screenshare other people if we don't look at personal files? And if we have permission from a player to screenshare them its ok?

Can surf the web, can't connect to online game servers?

Recently I've been having the problem of being able to surf the internet fine, but I can't connect to online games or servers.

I can watch youtube videos, connect and talk on chat services like Skype and Discord, however, I can't connect to non-browser multiplayer/online games.

Non-Steam Games I can't connect to: Roblox, Minecraft

Steam Games I can't connect to: CSGO, Catan Universe, Payday2, Brawlhalla

The problem is whenever I join a server, everything works fine for a few seconds, then just stops. The game then lags and then kicks me out of the server some error messages include: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" and "Error: Connection Timed Out"

Please help, it is very frustrating and I really want to fix this problem.

Slight problem with my internet and i'm not sure if its the internet

So we had no problems with our internet prior to this, but suddenly everyone on the network was slightly booted, and what i mean by that, is the games we play (League of legends Minecraft and such) We was disconnected from them, and now, we can't load facebook or some other websites, but we can still surf the web. Like now i can use this to ask this question, but i can't connect to facebook? It keeps saying the server connections timed out. If anyone has any idea what's going on id apreciate the help?! Thank yo

Bought a new pc and Minecraft gets lag every 2 seconds

I bought a new PC with 32gigs of ram and an i7 and a "decent" gpu. Me and my friends have a realms server and blablabla. Anyway, my game lags every 2 seconds for 1 millasecond. It's not really a problem, more of a nuisance. I've gotten Optifine and I've played with all of my settings and I get around (Without Optifine) 130-150 and with Optifine I get around 200, so my pc can easily handle it.
