So i made a server using hamachi and it works fine
the only problem is that my friends can't connect to it unless i
turn my Firewall off.
is there anyway i can let them connect without turnning it off?!
i tried opening Minecraft default port (25565) in my firewall -inbound and outbound- and nothing happened.
On A Minecraft Server I Have A Leather Helmet With Prtection 10 On It. IIs That Better Then A Diamond Helmet? If It Is Then What About Is It Stronger Than A Diamond Helmet With Protection 4 On It?
I just want a survival server on minecraft. Like factions but with no PvP and like you can't buy stuff and it's like you actaully have to mine for ores and sell them and make a house without being raided or being killed. Feel me? You start wiht scracth and have to buy stuff from other players or get them yourself and you'd buy them from other players by trading and having a shop and giving instructions there for trading and selling supplies.
So all my friends can make hamachi servers in LAN but I can't and I don't know what's the problem…
So here's what I did:
1. I made a new hamachi network, named it and gave it a password…
2. I made a world, opened it in LAN and copy the port
3. I told my friend the network name and password, and he joined it.
4. Then I go to hamachi, copy my ip4v address and gave it to my friend, then I told him the port, and it doesn't work…
Please if you have any idea what I did wrong or what is not working just tell me I'm desperate… Ok maybe not that desperate but I don't understand what did I do wrong.

I have got a 97% average by the end of the year, and I'm able to get a new game. Therefore, I would like to know is Watch Dogs better than Minecraft? I want to play some Hunger Games on Bajan Canadians Server with my friends and I don't really think I will have that capability in Watch Dogs without my friends buying the game too, and I don't want them to do that. So what the question is asking, which is the better choice?

I've tried to open up my files, then going into my op folder and adding my name.
Every time I start up my server after I do that ( type my name in the op list ) AND save it, it disappears.
This is making it so I can't use my whitelist function and or change gamemodes. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me!
