How to craft a powered rail on minecraft pe?

I updated mcpe, and I can build a "powered rail" but I need iron and some other red powder. I can't find where I can get it, and I even checked the nether, but it wasn't there. What is it called and where can I find it?

I signed in to my mojang account but i can't find any server list or any way to play online multiplayer. I keep tried the realms thing but it was just blank and had nothing in it.
