How to change my minecraft pe skin? What do I use to do so?

I'm Raven. I like minecraft pe. I want to change my skin since I'm a GIRL and not a STEVE. But I don't know how to do that. I think the one app I use doesn't work because everytime I enter my password for my mojang account, it then says I have to purchase the game. But I already did purchase the game. Help me please? P.S. Yeah I know I'm a noob. Don't tell me it's impossible to change a minecraft skin on pocket edition, because I saw a video of someone playing minecraft pe, and they had a Herobrine skin on. Not a Steve skin

What to build in minecraft?

I had a floating city but my bro burnt it and now I trying to build a new one so far I have a under ground club a beach a shoe shop a ice cream shop a shop that sells tops a library a roller coaster 2 under ground houses a above ground house a lava box In air going into a lava fountain and a almost finished camp half blood with a wall around so people can't get in only though the doors

I plan on building more houses a restaurant a government building a swimming pool a sky scrapper office building a doctors and a small school

I might put a casino if I can or a farm

Now I'm stuck on smaller ideas because sometimes I just want small easy builds and I'm on pocket edition on creative mode

I've already found diamond in the seed I'm playing on. In your experience of mine crafting, if I keep digging around the same area, will I likely run into more diamond or is it a lost cause?

Recently I saw my cousin playing the LITE version,
I thought it was gone,
Is it because he purchased it already( but if it's removed how did he get it?)

My friend and i are playing minecraft side by side on the same Wi-Fi, we want to create a world for just the 2 of us that we can play when we're on the SAME Wi-Fi. Is this possible? Its weird how its simple on pocket edition but not pc.

Has anyone on minecraft pe have it crash, than a creepy no name pop up when you get back in?

I was in my mine when it happened. I was smelting ores, when it crashed. When I got back in and everything, I was strangely above ground. When I got back in the mine, I saw a nameless game tag coming down the stairs. I got too scared and haven't played that world since. I've played different worlds with no crashes, or nameless name tags. If someone can help me I would be very grateful.
