CPU always maxed on Samsung laptop? On why?

I have a 2014 Samsung Ativ 9 lite. It has an msata ssd in it which houses the operating system and the 3 programs I use (chrome, office suite, and minecraft). Even with my mom's 2012 hp, i can browse the web and even play some mc without lag. On this laptop, i can't even watch a 720p video on youtube without it lagging and I can't play mc without turning everything to extremely low settings. I've been in IT for a couple years and don't understand why it's doing this. The only thing on the hard drive are the OS and the 3 programs.

What is the official Minecraft games website and is it free?

I can't find the official Minecraft website that shows its games to play and I heard it's not free and needs to be paid for. Can someone give me the official link of the games page of Minecraft as well as telling me whether it's free or not?

Added (1). I heard there's a free version called Minecraft Classic, is this the link of it?

Gaming PC: What do I get?

Hi! I'm looking for a gaming PC, but I have no idea what to get. I could theoretically build it my self, but I would prefer to buy a pre-built one (Though, if there aren't any great ones in my budget, ill build my own). I MAX is $850. I just want to play normal games like Minecraft, Far cry, etc. Also, I would like to at LEAST be able to play Minecraft on Mid- High settings. Thank you so much for your help!

Added (1). I don't need to buy any accessories. I have a monitor, Keyboard and mouse, etc.

My YouTube channel is moving slow and I think it would be fun if someone wanted to collab with me. We could do a series, mini games, it doesn't matter. Just no swearing please.

Will my Minecraft game card Work?

Tonight I bought a Minecraft gift card to download the game for my computer at Walmart, It was late at night when i bought it and all the registers where full except the self check out, So i checked out at the self check out with a couple other things i needed to get, and I scanned the card no problem, But I didn't think of the part of the card where it says the * no value until activated at register* that all gift cards have on them. Is my card activated by purchasing the card? How does it work? It didn't say anything about it when i checked out it was a $26.95 card not one you had a choice on how much to put on it. I haven't scratched off the sticker thing to see if it works or not, because I couldn't take it back in case I have messed it up.
