In minecraft are arrows of regeneration more effective than regular arrows against the wither boss?

The Wither is classified as an undead mob, potions/arrows of regeneration don't harm undead mobs (other than the arrow damage itself) So shooting The Wither with arrows of regeneration is just the same as shooting it with regular arrows. Arrows of healing will do extra damage to undead mobs including The Wither
