BioShock infinite does not lag on ultra but minecraft lags on high settings?

Why can't i play minecraft on highest distance and fancy graphics if i can play bioshock on ultra settings without any lag? What should i do to fix this?

Good IBuyPower PC Desktop for Minecraft?

I'm looking for a good Ibuypower desktop pc that will run minecraft smoothly at about 100fps at max settings possibly?

Budget: $400-$600

If you could customize it there, that would be fine. But, I'm mostly looking forward to playing minecraft on it smoothly with max settings at about 100 fps.

I don't need a keyboard/mouse etc.

Launchwrapper-1.7.jar download?

I've searched near and far, in and out of google but I just can't seem to find it anywhere
I'm trying to install minecraft forge and comes up with 2 failures every time I hit "play"
I know what's wrong and have fixed half of the problem

Now all I need to do is manually install launchwrapper-1.7.jar file and I can't find it anywhere, all my search comes up with is the launchwrapper-1.8.jar file or below the 1.7 and it's getting frustrating, it's just not the droid I'm looking for.

Anyone know where I can acquire such file?

Port Forwarding Minecraft Problem?

I got a fibernet in my country (Norway), and when i want to type in the ip address after i typed in 25565 at the ports, this message comes up when i try to save:

IP fragments and port number must be positive numeric values.

I don't know what it means but do you guys have any idea?
I've seen on youtube you type in your IPV4 address behind it or your ip address at: What's my ip?

Added (1). Also, when i write more than 3 number in the Ip box, it turns red and the message pops up!
