Port Forwarding Minecraft Problem?

I got a fibernet in my country (Norway), and when i want to type in the ip address after i typed in 25565 at the ports, this message comes up when i try to save:

IP fragments and port number must be positive numeric values.

I don't know what it means but do you guys have any idea?
I've seen on youtube you type in your IPV4 address behind it or your ip address at: What's my ip?

Please help!

Added (1). Also, when i write more than 3 number in the Ip box, it turns red and the message pops up!

I only work with Windows, so let's hope you're running that operating system, because you didn't really give me any more details…

Click your Start button and type "cmd" without the quotes. Once there, type "ipconfig" without the quotes, again. You'll see that it says "IPV4 Address…*numbers*" Copy that section of numbers and paste them into your browser's address bar. That should get you into your router's settings, assuming you don't have a strange setup… Because you didn't provide those details…
