Ok so I have an Intel Core i5 HD 3000 graphic card. On an Acer-Aspire 5750 With 2.50Ghz with a turbo boost up to 3.1Ghz. 500 GB of memory, and 4Gb of Ram. But apparently I have of the most horrible cards out there. It runs all my Sims 3 games smoothly. But I want games like

So I'd like to know is a Force3D AMD ATI radeon HD 6450 2Gb DDR3 HDMI DVI VGA video graphics card good for that. I don't know much about graphic cards And I'd like to know if I get a better one will I be able to replace my current one? Or am I stuck with what I have already. I have an Aunt who would know how to replace it already I just want to know is it possible? And is the card I just mentioned a good one? Better than my current one? And if not what is a good graphics card that isn't over 120.00$? Help will be much appreciated, Thank you! Ps. I have a GTX 650 graphic card, an i5 quad core processor, and 10 GB of ram and a 64 bit PC. What is the best way to get no lag at all in minecraft. I can really careless about the graphic.

Added (1). The only reason I don't want to buy it is just because I'll never use the online services, and I feel like that's really why it costs as much as it does. If it comes down to it, I'm happy to buy it I guess, but I'd rather not spend the money on a game I'm not going to play that much.
