Having trouble with Minecraft texturepacks?

I've been trying to install the Sphax PureBD Craft texture pack, and I have put the file where it should be, yet it doesn't work. No idea what else to do, so any help is appreciated.

You have to enable the resource pack manually in-game before you will see its textures.

While Minecraft is running, go to 'Options', then select 'Resource Packs'. From the category 'Available Resource Packs', select Sphax PureBDcraft - this will move it over to 'Selected Resource Packs'. Click Done.

Depending on which pack you chose, it could take up to a minute or more for it to load in the textures properly. Once complete, it will return you to the options interface and Sphax will now be active. Load up a game or join a server to confirm it's working.
