How to learn FTB? Videos or Strategies?

How did any of you learn to play FTB? It is very overwhelming and I'm used to normal minecraft. Are there any good tutorials or ways to learn?

To learn It you can go in creative mode and mess around or if you have more time, watch lets plays of it on youtube, syndicate has one going right now.
