I have a YouTube channel, and I love to record Minecraft. When I first made my YouTube channel, I was using Screen-Cast-O-Matic, then it got too laggy. I then downloaded ezvid, and that is what I was using to record (until my PC broke) but now I have a new one. I would be getting Fraps, because it is the best one, but my mom isn't too big on the whole YouTube idea (she doesn't like Social Media, but she likes that I make money off of it) and when I told her I had a channel she said, "Well, I meant me making you one and me having control over it." She didn't punish me, she just left it at that. I know that Fraps cost $37, though it is the best out there. I have been looking at BB Flashback Express, but I don't know if it is good for recording Minecraft… My friend uses HyperCam 2 and she doesn't get a lot of lag. If BBFE or HyperCam 2 are good, please send a download link. If not, please recommend something (free) and paste a download link to it, thanks.
For my birthday I'm getting an Alienware laptop (yay). Have any suggestions? I would like it to look nice and work well. I will be playing things like skyrim, elder scrolls online, tf2, Minecraft (I have no concerns about being able to run that.) and a few more but I think of all my games skyrim is the most detailed.
So I need a good gpu and good processor. Intel i5 or i7, something over 3.0 ghz. I need at least 750 gb hard drive space but 1tb is even better and I would like that.
8gb or 6gb RAM (or more).
I do sort of have a budget, below $2000.
So are there any really good ones? Thanks!
Added (1). EDIT: budget is actually below $1300
It's a minecraft channel, and I've got some really good reviews from people who have seen my videos, especially my newest parkour fail montage, but that's a very small number. I already have it on the minecraft forums, I comment on others channels, I use twitter, and facebook, and I can't really think of anything else:/ what should i do?! Is there any other ways to get videos out there?

I'm using the mouse for Minecraft and FPS games.may I know which razer mouse is good for fast clicking.
I've decided my best bet is to turn toward getting a old (I think i7 is overkill) Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop with the i5 processor. Can this do the following: run minecraft at 25+ fps.
Use VMware fusion to run a windows environment. And lastly, use iMovie to make awesome videos.
I downloaded Ty: The Tasmanian Tiger (GameCube version) to my laptop. I run with the Dolphin Emulator 4.0 and it lags. I get like 20 FPS. I have a DELL Inspiron 17R with these specs:
-3rd generation Intel Core i7 of 2.00 GHz (2.50 GHz with turbo boost)
-AMD Radeon HD 8730M
-8 GB of DDR3 RAM
-1 TB of Hard Drive
I run Black Ops 2 at Medium-High graphics and it gives me like 40-50 fps
I run Left 4 Dead 2 at High-Ultra graphics and it gives me like 60-70 fps
I run Skyrim at High graphics and it gives me like 30 fps
I run Minecraft at full graphics and it gives me like 50-60 fps
I run Resident Evil 5 at Ultra graphics and it gives me like 80 fps
I run Diddy Kong Racing at like 60 fps with the Project 64 Emulator. I run pretty much every game in the Project 64 Emulator at like 60 fps
Why would this game lag me if it has bad graphics and it is from the Gamecube (so pretty old). How do I make it run at more than 30 fps (at least)?
I had a MacBook Pro, and I used this Mac to go to www.minecraft.net to buy Minecraft. I followed all of the steps to get a real, NOT CRACKED premium account. After this, I downloaded Minecraft onto the computer. I played there on the Mac happily, with absolutely no issues. But 2 weeks later, I received my very own Acer Windows Computer. So, this is the computer I would play Minecraft on. So, I went back to minecraft.net, and I tried first to download the Minecraft Launcher 1.7.5. When I opened it, it said I needed Java to get it. I tried clicking "Already bought the game? Download it here", I opened it, said I needed Java. So, it brought me to the Java page to download Java. It is Java Version 7, which I believe is the latest version. So I tried downloading it, but it says, "Error: Can't download this version of Java" and something like that. What can I do? I really want to get Minecraft on my own computer! Is there any mirroring programs to help mirror Java? Do you have any links to download previous and earlier versions of Java? Please help, I really want to get playing! Any ideas?
I'd just really like a game like minecraft but on console(not minecraft itself) - but I don't know any building games and the ones I know of don't come close to minecraft… If you're a true gamer, you'll help me out… I'm 15 btw (not that it matters)
I will be using it for playing minecraft, maybe record, browsed internet, edit videos and shool work.
I don't want to hear things like get a windows PC is cheaper.
