I'm currently using Sphax PureBDcraft x32 1.7.2. I run on Windows XP 32-bit. When I switch to Sphax x64 Minecraft freezes and crashes. Anything higher won't work either. Is there anyway I can fix this?

minecraft is running very low fps on my pc, while i run metro last light, bf4 and all that kind of games maxed out at around 60fps
i know minecraft is using java, which is a bad engine.
i have tried multiple things, i found on the internet that some gpu's don't see java as a game so they go idle, and thats what i have as well.
when i play minecraft my gpu is only at 450MHz while i overclocked to 1200MHz, and its using 5% gpu.
on nvidia you can do something in the control panel that it sees miencraft as a game and that it uses full gpu, but i'm on amd, so i don't have that option.
my cpu is good enough, if i'm playing minecraft its only used for 20%
i have 8gb 1600MHz ddr3 RAM in my pc.
i allocated 2gb RAM to minecraft, its only using 40% of it so that isn't the problem
i got the low fps on single player and multiplayer.
all drivers are updated, i'm running java 64 bit also updated.
i'm sure my intergrated graphics are turned off, its turned off in the bios, device manager doesn't show it, and every program that shows gpu shows my amd gpu, also ccleaner.
my system specs:
cpu: AMD fx 8350
GPU: MSI r9 270x
RAM: crucial balistix tactical 2x4 gb 1600MHz DDR3
storage: 120gb ssd for windows, minecraft is also on the ssd and a 1tb 7200rpm hdd.

When i run Minecraft my CPU usage bumps up from 10 to
50-60% it used to only be at 20-35% and now javaw.exe *32
Memory(private working set) is at a high 295,00k+ at times, it used to be 110,000k-150,000k
I also just cleaned my CPU to see if it made any difference, but nothing has changed(i do not know if it would help or not but i did it anyway)
I just want to know if this is normal, if not please help D
So yesterday while I was playing minecraft PC, my computer got unplugged. My computer is currently running windows 8.1 and is a dell insipron desktop. So anyways, after it got unplugged, I turned it back on to find the dell loading screen with the words, "Automatic Repair" and then it flashed the blue screen with the. Sad face error for a second and then brought me back to the automatic repair screen. Then a pitch black screen appeared. Sometimes it would show the mouse when I rebooted my computer, and sometimes it wouldn't. I believe my computer is stuck on a reboot loop. My computer is brand new, please help! If you need any additional information just ask I will explain the info more thoroughly.
I have a laptop which is for not that good, I'm trying to find good games to run at, I'm run alot of good games such as(most of them are only at low graphics): Bioshock 1 + 2 + infinite, The walking dead, most famous indie games, Warframe(at low gphs), Skyrim and WoW Wotlk.
