I have a desktop computer and I want to download minecraft, but I'm not sure if I will get caught? What will happen if I get caught? Is there a very big chance of getting caught? Also, how will I know I'm getting a legitimate version off of the pirate bay? I've never been on the website and need tips. Please, thank you so much in advance!
I need a good gaming computer that I can record and livestream minecraft on with 100+ fps. I also need this for other things, like photoshop.
I'm 14 and i domt feel like doing anything anymore i used too love drawing, working on my bros car with him, watching F1 with my dad, walking, playing cod and minecraft and other stuff but for the past like 4 or 5 months i don't feel like doing that anymlre any of it i just tried drawing again and i just thought nah i can't be bothered so i didn't and the last time i drew was the 19/3/14 (i mark my drawings with the date) and that was a car and i tried drawing one again now but i couldnt just couldnt the only things i can be bothered doin is lisenin too music and reading (sometimes but rarely) when i walk i think its a chkre and get very bored my friend says i'm depressed but i'm not sure i'm sad and down about my looks and not having friends and sruff but i don't know

8GB of DDR3 RAM
1 TB of hard drive
I have many games. I have Minecraft, Black Ops 2, and others. I've had this laptop for a year. I've never had lag in any game. Minecraft runs at 60-70 fps with the highest graphics settings. Black Ops 2 runs at 40-50 fps in medium-high graphics.
About 2 days ago Minecraft started lagging. It decreased to 40-50 fps. Black Ops 2 lags for like 10 seconds running at 10-20 fps, then it goes back normal. I checked and I have my laptop running at High Performance. All the AMD Drivers are up to date.
I'm playing Voltz with my friends and i can play for a couple minutes, then i crash and every time i try and come i come back on, i crash within seconds. I got the latest java and have 2 gigs RAM on my minecraft with setting on low. I don't want to stop playing and i don't want to uninstall voltz. Here is the crash log:

And before anyone asks, yes the fan filters on the case are clean.
Added (1). It is probably worth mentioning that the game IS heavily modded and that this only happens in one chunk. Otherwise my FPS is closer to 120.

I record minecraft videos with fraps and use my turtle beach x12's for a microphone. They always worked well, but now when I play the video, everytime there's a sound, there's also a robotic beeping noise? I use stereo on fraps as it has always worked well. I do NOT have the box for the turtle beach x12s and I just want to know how to fix them without cost.

Alright, so recently my dad added parental controls (time restrictions) to my windows 7 PC. I'm not just a 15 year old who only uses a PC to play Minecraft and i'm trying to find out how to turn them off, I already know how to extend the time restrictions to allow for more time but I don't want to force my dad to lock the computer down completely (I could still get past it somehow.
So what annoys me most about not being an admin account anymore is that most programs that I use, most notably cheat engine, need the admin password to run and I can't call him upstairs every time I try to run a program, but he isn't letting me become an admin account again because he knows that parental controls don't affect admin accounts because I can just turn them off.
I want to know if there's a way that I can keep the time restrictions but lose the admin password at program startup. I was smart enough to try a keylogger so I could find the password but I can't install a keylogger without the password. I don't really care if it involves actually modding windows itself, as I've already done a lot of things that could potentially break the PC. I just want some method of running programs without a password prompt but continuing to have time restrictions.
Also, there are five accounts, one is mine, one is my dads, the other three are for my brothers and sister. They're all normal users except for my dads account.
