So yesterday while I was playing minecraft PC, my computer got unplugged. My computer is currently running windows 8.1 and is a dell insipron desktop. So anyways, after it got unplugged, I turned it back on to find the dell loading screen with the words, "Automatic Repair" and then it flashed the blue screen with the. Sad face error for a second and then brought me back to the automatic repair screen. Then a pitch black screen appeared. Sometimes it would show the mouse when I rebooted my computer, and sometimes it wouldn't. I believe my computer is stuck on a reboot loop. My computer is brand new, please help! If you need any additional information just ask I will explain the info more thoroughly.
My dell insipron desktop is stuck on a reboot loop?

If rebooting doesn't help, call Dell support. The number should be in the paperwork that came with it and, it's free. Seeing as it is under warranty? That is the best advise.

To add to the previous post, Dell will probably have you perform a factory restore to get windows running again. Before you do this, you will need to back up any data on the machine you don't want to lose - pictures, videos, etc.
The easiest way to do that would be to connect the hard drive to a computer that is working and copy the files to it.
