Why won't Minecraft download? - 1

Yes, before you say "Oh, you have to buy it first." I've bought it already. I bought it from Minecraft.net, not anywhere else. I've downloaded it on another computer, and I know you can have it on more computers than one.

My friend said it was probably my firewall, cause it like goes to the bottom, and says Virus Scan Failed. I know Minecraft doesn't have a virus, and it's safe. Then I tried taking down my firewall, but it won't let me. I've been searching around for three days I can't seem to find any answers as to why I can't temporarily take down my firewall.

All I want to do it download it, then put the firewall back up. I've tried going to the Control Panel and clicking the Turn Windows Firewall On or Off, but it says it's not working, or something.

Is there any other way to download Minecraft, without taking my firewall down? I've read that you can put a port or something through the firewall, and you'd be able to download it.

What games can I post gameplay on YouTube if?

So I've recently started a YouTube channel and I've been posting minecraft videos, and I was wondering what other games I can post on my channel, what if I monitize my videos Aswell, does that affect what games I can post?

Why does minecraft keep crashing? - 2

I downloaded minecraft for my 9 year old cousin, it works fine and all but it keeps crashing over and over. It's the 1.7.9 version. First of all, her sister's computer (the one i downloaded minecraft in) is really messed up. It has a virus to begin with. Secondly, it's really laggy. I told her she has to accept the fact that if her sister's computer isn't functioning correctly, then nothing will! Is it probably because the computer is messed up that it keeps crashing? Please answer, she's really desperate to know what's going on. And she's bothering me like every 4 mintues.

No Minecraft sound or music?

So straight to point, my minecraft has no sound or music. I was modding it and then I noticed that there was no sound, so i automatically went to the sound options and saw that everything was on. The most worrying part is that I even deleted both Minecraft.exe and.minecraft and after re-installing minecaft, still no sound. I noticed that after installing minecraft again that there wasn't a resource folder.

Any idea what happen?!

Gaming Sounds Arent Working When On Skype?
