Well it's currently a big issue on YouTube, and to answer your question… None.

I'd recommend on you playing anything and if it's Single Player always commentate about the game, then once you've uploaded it you may get a copywright notice. Don't worry because you've given commentary about the game and you have a leg to stand on for disputes. When you dispute your claim always say your commenting over the video and giving a tutorial on how to play.

game commentary + educational tutorials = fair use.

As for multiplayer games I can't help you as I haven't entered that area yet, however it should be similar to Single Player disputes.
