Can you create a Creative Minecraft world for others to play in only Survival?

I want to do a big Creative build and then give it to others to play on survival, but preventing them from switiching back to Creative. Is there a way to do this?

Create a survival world, make yourself creative. Build whatever, then change back to survival.

I assume you mean on a server?

Assuming you're on a server, add yourself to the op list, and set your gamemode to 1 (Creative). Make sure that nobody else is op, and that your server is survival by default.
