I record Mine craft Youtube channels with Fraps. Just recently I tried making my minecraft screen smaller to make my PvP better. I really want to keep it this way. I record a video with Fraps but when I uploaded it on Youtube, it uploaded with bad quality (480p) and black borders. Help would be appreciated (:
P.S: When I put the raw file into virtualdub it has two screens one is frozen one isn't.

Hi, I'm a pretty avid PC gamer, I was wondering if anyone knows a good PC build ranging 450-600$. The only reason I'm asking is because it is my first time fully building a PC, but I've torn into computers and switched around parts before. I'm looking to run Minecraft, DayZ, and a few others with settings medium to max. (I will get DayZ when it comes out of alpha so it doesn't lag as much). The only thing I need to have, is an HDMI port. This is a must have. Other than that, I'm fine with whatever configuration you have in mind. Thank you very much!
