Minecraft FTB: Why can't I uncraft?

I have the Yogscast Complete Pack installed and everythings been going fine, got the materials from the Twilight Forest to make a Uncrafting Table.

Once I made it it allows me to craft into it, to allow to add extra items into a broken item to rebuild it, the only thing it won't let me do is uncraft an item.

I've tried shifting and all different key combos but it will not let me take the greyed out item. I also have the experience levels needed for it.

Is there a key setting I have to allocate for this to work?

Minecraft account no longer owns a copy?

I purchased minecraft a few months ago and constantly played. I stopped playing for awhile and come back to find my account no longer owns a minecraft copy. I can't give a transaction code because i purchased a MC card from walmart. Can someone please tell me how to fix this!

Minecraft diamond axe sharpness?

So apparently you can put sharpness 2 on a diamond axe using an anvil, but you can't put sharpness 3,4,5. You can't combine 2 axes with sharpness 2 and 1 either. Does anyone know why? Or is there any way to do that?

What is the best mic that I should buy to do live commentary on my gameplay youtube vids?

I want to spend less than $100. But if it's right over $100 that's fine. I need a good quality mic to use for live commentary on my gameplay youtube videos. (I mostly do COD and minecraft vids) and I want a good quality. Like the big gaming youtubers like: Ali-a, VanossGaming, mrdalekjd, etc. Oh also. It has to come with one of those big mic stands that sit on the floor and you can adjust it and use it when you aren't sitting near a desk to set it on (like me) I sit close to the tv and I would be too close to try to play and talk. OK So i resently got a razer blackwiddow ultimate and was wondering of the two mouses, witch would be better for like pvp, i know this is kinda stupid but i was just curious, the mouses are the Razer Deathadder 2013 or the Razer Naga 2014.
