I've heard that the new minecraft update 0.9.0 is coming tommorow ( July 10th ) and I was wondering what will happen to 0.8.1 cause i love all my worlds on 0.8.1 will it delete everything after I get the update and start from 0? Its cause I got minecraft on 2013 and i heard it was after the update i got it. So can i save it or i can't do anything about it?
If not is there a way to refresh the world without losing it?
Today I was playing my usual minecraft, all of a sudden, keyboard breaks, when I say breaks, none of the keys actually work, after about 5mins of trying to get it to work, unplugging it and repluggin it, I noticed that I have to hold down a key for atleast 2seconds before the key actually registers, I didn't know why this happened but it did, so now I have to hold down the key for atleast 2 seconds before it works, is there any way I can fix this? If there's any extra info needed, tell me and I will put it in, thanks!
Okay so i click install and it just says "minecraft.jar does not exist". I have no idea how to fix this, so can someone please help? I'd really appreciate it!

I have been using windows for about the past 15 years and I used to love it. Windows XP was my favorite, and I liked Windows 7. But this new Windows 8 is the worst creation ever. I have had it with windows 8 and the way Microsoft is going with all these useless apps and mystery updates. I'm getting a new laptop soon and am seriously considering getting a MacBook pro. I will be doing a lot of internet browsing, essays on Microsoft word and some powerpoint projects, a lot of editing photos and videos, and drawing on photoshop. I will also be doing a tiny bit of games like maybe minecraft. Would an apple laptop suit these needs or should I stick with frustrating windows 8? By the way I'm unfamiliar with macs because I've been using windows my whole life.
For some reason when I try to sign into the minecraft launcher it just keeps loading forever. It doesn't do anything it just stays on the sign in screen with the green bar going. Please Help Please!~!
