Make multiple accounts when you purchase minecraft?

So i'm thinking off buying minecraft but the problem is, I'm afraid we can't make more than one account per purchase my sister and brother want to play it too and its too much to purchase it 3 times. So can i make more than one account when i purchase it once i know we can download it but can we make more than one account?

Why isn't my Minecraft working efficiently?

So I have a Windows 8 Acer Laptop, Intel pentium 2.20 Ghz Processor, 64 bit operating system, 4GB of RAM, and i have all the proper plug ins such as 64 bit java. My minecraft runs extremely slow and I experience alot of lagg. But its only when I change my render distance or my difficulty off of easy. I can change my Graphics as fancy, clouds on, Smooth lighting at maximum and particles as all. I recently reset my computer to factory default and allI did was install the proper plugins for minecraft and minecraft itself. I figured out how to dedicate more ram to minecraft and I tried 2GB and 3GB and either way its never seems to change anything. I'm stuck at this point and don't know why its so horrible. Any advice would be nice. Please & Thank you.

I need (okay want) to buy minecraft. It's because you can build almost anything. But since it's only available online, my parents say no. They say it is in another country so they say I won't receive it even though I know I will receive it. I introduced them paypal but nope. Oh yeah, I asked it as my birthday gift (It's today) but still no luck. If you can give an account please give by email. I don't care if it's on pc or phone. Also, If you can give a software that can give me minecraft for free, please give it. So are there any other options to buy apps on iTunes without PayPal, credit card or iTunes gift card (there's none in my country).

My Minecraft keeps saying that i need that i update my grap cards, i update it more than 1 time but no use…
But i can run Watch dogs and GTA without lag or bad video sois there a way to play minecraft without openGL?

10000rpm or 15000rpm hdd?

Heloo! So i was recording minecraft for one of my first times, with fraps, and i notised a lot of lag spikes a fps drops, i read about this and it said that i needed to save my videos in another drive. In vanilla i get +600fps with no lags spikes, when i first bought mu gaming pc, i bought it with just a ssd. I thought it would work bautifly with world loading(disk intensive task) but then i searched around and foumd out that ssd are not stable enouth to play minecraft, so now i want to buy a FAST hdd. But i'm conserned about the noise that a 15000rpm hdd does, is there any way that i can stop that noise? And how much difference is there in a 10000rpm?
