Can cheap laptops like under $400 plays games smoothly?

Like Minecraft, Sonic Generations, and South Park the Stick of Truth? I'm 18 I'm not rich, I don't want to break the bank for a $1,000 plus gaming laptop. Requirements for me are a built in webcam and no I can't get a desktop because I will have to have a laptop because its portable. Also full HD would be great, but at least some form of HD is required. And a minimum of 4 GB of RAM. And at least 150 GB of hard drive memory. And obviously Wi-Fi which I think all laptops have nowadays. It has to have USB ports. The highest I'll go is $500, $600 if I have to. But over that is really too much. I do have a Best Buy gift cars for $100 and two American Express gift cards equaling $75 so that's $175 I'm putting towards a laptop.

Will my older pc be able to run windows 10 or at least Windows 7?

It isn't that old, about 2 to 3 years, 4 max, it has Windows 7, it's an all in one Acer touchscreen pc with 1TB Hard Drive and 4GB RAM, i'm not sure of the processor ect cause i'm not home right now so i can't check, any ideas at least? Will it also slow me down in any way? I intend on upgrading the ram to run minecraft a little better, but i don't want a new OS to ruin that.

My minecraft won't launch lol?

It says i need the newest installment of java, then it forwards it to a download website, and then i download the new one, and it takes me to another tab and it uninstalls the old version, i restart my laptop and it still does the same thing

What is the best way to find a hidden base in Minecraft survival mode multiplayer?

I'm playing a friendly minecraft game with friends and someone challenged me to find their hidden base any way possible.

I've discovered Xray texture packs but it is still a challenge to find this base. Is there a texture pack that makes craftable items (beds torches etc) stand out better?

Is there something that can tell me the concentration of player crafted items in a given chunk? Anything to help me narrow down the search.

What is the absolutely best and fastest way to find a secret base?

Am i supposed to be Concerned about this blue screen?

I have some questions
1.before about two months i've brought a new gaming computer with a
intel i5 proccecor
and gtx770 graphics card
and 8 GB RAM
and something really dumb comes up
when i play minecraft for over 2 hours+ and then exit it at once it gets a blue screen with crash dump
and as you can see its pretty good parts
m i supposed 2 be concerned?

2, the computer started to get a little slow compared to its parts it may be because of viruses/torjan?
if it does is there a good manual software that totaly erases computer from this stuff
i know a technichian who has a good setup thing on his disk on key that totaly scans all the computer its like a manualy system scan and it removes many viruses whic many antiviruses can't detect anybody knows such thing?

3, a friend told me its good if il split my hard disk into 2 partitions so that il have disk c for regular stuff
and disk d for games and stuff i download off the net
if il do so and target all my downloads to only one disk/partition if il get a virus/trojan on 1 partion will the other patition be affected?

4. On idle the computer usses of 25% of phsycal memory
with google chrome on it uses 40%
is that ok?
i might think its a torjan
