Let's say I want to start a YouTube gaming channel in which I upload Minecraft most of all, and other PC games.
Do I need like a gaming PC that can run Minecraft shaders at more than 30 fps with max graphics, I professional mic like a Blue Yeti or a Blue Snowball, and stuff like that?
What job opportunities open up for you if you are an expert at Minecraft?

I'm trying to figure out what's causing lag in games like minecraft and recording software such as xsplit for videos for youtube.
Here's my current setup:
Mobo: Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0
Graphx: Asus Radeon R9 270 -2GB
CPU: AMD FX 6300 - 3.5GHz / 6 cores
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x 4GB (1600 Mhz)
Drives: 128GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD, 1TB Western Digital Black or Blue (I forgot)
Internet Speed: 30-35Mbps Download 5-10Mbps Upload
The random lag occurs on both multiplayer and single player modded minecraft after I have quite a few machines running simultaneously.
So knowing all of this, should I focus on adding 2x 8GB of RAM to my system?
Added (1). Also just to make it clear it's on modded minecraft, I don't lag on unmodded but still I want to figure out the issue causing lag so I can fix it.
And if it's not RAM that's causing the issue what might it be?
When I try to delete meta-inf on windows 8. It won't how do I fix this… I have minecraft launcher not minecraft.exe. When I do delete meta-inf I open the launcher and it reinstalls the meta-inf what do I do? This is for minecraft 1.8 bountiful update and minecraft launcher 1.5.2
I was wondering if there was plugin that could control chat in certain areas e.g. If you walk into a room you can't see any chat except for yours and anyone else in that room. Like a world edit region of somthing.

I went into a 1.8 world while using 1.7.9 and everything in my chests was gone. In panic, I wuit and went back in with 1.8, but EVERYTHING in my chests were gone. Diamonds, armour, gold, EVERYTHING. Is there anyway to reomove the save from when i logged in with 1.7.9 and everything disappeared?
Will my iMac run Garrysmod or Minecraft without any lag? Or hardly any?
Added (1). listen i know Macs aren't exactly the best option for gaming but i have no other choice. I just wanna know if i can get a buttery smooth 60FPS. System specs:
