No you can't. To install custom maps to console versions you would need access to the games code which Sony restrict you from doing. If you're on PS3 then it can be done by jailbreaking your console (must be on firmware 3.55>) If you're on anything else than it can't be done until those consoles have been jailbroken.
If you really want custom maps then you should buy the PC version of the game.
