So. I've factory reset my computer due to a virus.
So I had to reinstall my minecraft.
When I went to reinstall the texture pack through the texture pack option on the game, and it said windows can't find the folder. And to try again.
So I went into my files and into %app% and into roaming and the folder was empty.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall and its still not there.
What should I do to fix it?

Can anyone supply me a link to one? (A small program that calculates millions of letters combined a second and calculates how long it takes for a word or string of letters to be entered if a monkey were to randomly enter keys)
P.S. Forget a monkey typing Shakespeare, imagine a monkey randomly typing the source code for Minecraft.

The ICT people at my school just restarted my MacBook Air, which of course deleted everything. I re-download minecraft (while still at school), but it doesn't work. It keeps on saying "Unable to download remote file. Check your internet connection/proxy settings." What should I be looking for in my settings? Why won't it work? Please help. My internet connection seems fine, and there's no weird proxies added.
