How to increase my fps on Minecraft?

I always have 6 fps everytime I play minecraft. I even have optifine and I still get 6 fps.

I have a Compaq laptop that has 2.00 GB

2 GB RAM is where the pain comes from.
There's no such thing as a best laptop to play games, as laptops are usually the worst choice for games.

Increase your RAM to 4 GB if on a 32 bit system ( you will only be able to use 3.5 or so but every bit helps, or 8 GB on a 64 bit system.

But if you really want to play games properly I suggest building / buying a desktop / tower.

You need a better computer. What laptop is best? Well anything that is new pretty much. You're likely using a very old computer because Minecraft doesn't require much at all
