What are some good video games that I can play with my friend on steam? So, yes - theyd have to be two player

He likes games like portal, minecraft, skyrim, cod.
He does not like borderlands or TF2

And already have a gaming system, i'm building another computer from my wife, i've picked out parts already and can build the the whole system for 160$

she only plays minecraft and farmville so it don't have to be super awesome

Can the Dell OptiPlex 755 run minecraft at 100 fps?

So I my birthday is in a week and I'm tired of playing minecraft at 10 fps and so I went on Amazon looking for a cheap desktop and saw this one (Dell OptiPlex 755 19-Inch PC (2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB DDR2, 160GB HDD, Windows 7 Home Premium) Black/Silver) and was wondering if it could rub minecraft at 100 fps at least please respond

How to dry an area of ocean in Minecraft?

I have an ocean monument. I'm in creative mode and want to replace the water with air, if possible without removing all water in the world. Is there a command I can use to do this? The coordinate range is:
x:106 to 165
y:31 to 61
z:-362 to -421
I'm using version 1.8. If you know of a command to use, please provide it with the necessary data already entered, as I tend to get confused as to how to put it in myself.

PC is Getting Slower with Lag spikes? - 1

So I play video games, edit, etc with my PC. It's a mid range custom PC. I used to get very consistent and fast performance. Now, in Minecraft I get 40-180 fps with constant dips into the 20's. In BF4, on high without AA/AO, I get 50 fps with dips into the 10-20 range. This used to never happen. Now, it's common and super annoying. I tried overclocking, underclocking and all of that and nothing worked.
My specs are as follows:
CPU: FX 8350 4.0 GHz
GPU: MSi R9 270 2GB Gaming
RAM: 8 GB Kingston Hyper X Black
Mobo: Asus m5a78l-m/usb3
OS: Win 7 Ultimate
