Minecraft fps really low and mouse sens messed up

I did a Factory restart downloaded minecraft and when i ran it before i was running it at atleast 100 fps min and everything was fine. I reset my pc and now i can't seem to get higher than 25 and when it is playable my mouse sensitivity goes up to like 1000 for some movements, i have all default settings and it's really annoying, thanks!

I'm trying to find a good game that is open-world sandbox like MineCraft, only more realistic. Any ideas? Something along the lines of The Long Dark might also work. Also, if it was F2P, that would be a plus, but that isn't required.
