Survival RPG with crafting?

I'm looking for a new RPG to play. I want it to be survival themed, but also have a campaign of sorts, not just an optional goal like in minecraft.

I like the crafting systems in skyrim and in fallout new Vegas, where you can make your own weapons and then upgrade them with enough skill and the correct ingredients/parts.

i enjoy the idea of having to scavenge for parts that I need the create something, but also want the game to have a storyline, and not just be me hunting animals and mining things.

If it's not too much to ask, I also like being able to level up skills by either using them (like in elder scrolls) or assigning points to them (fallout).

If anyone knows any games that fit some, if not all, of these criteria, that would be helpful. For reference, some games that I really enjoy include skyrim, fallout 3 and fallout nv (especially the dead money dlc), far cry 4 (I like skinning animals for upgrades), and also assassins creed IV. Thanks in advance.

BTW I already have played minecraft, and enjoyed, but I'm not really what you would call a huge fan, so please do not include it in your suggestions.

How to reinstall Windows 7 a completely locked PC?

So, I'm using my dad s old work laptop to game on, and it is blocked from EVERYTHING. Literally the only game I can play is Minecraft, since I can't install Steam or Terraria or CS GO or anything due to the PC being blocked from installing anything. Heck, I can't even install the latest version of Java! It's so freaking sad and I want to reinstall Windows 7 on it, but the problem is, it's even blocked from doing that! I need a BIOS pasword which I don't have access to, and opening the PC is no option as they even glued everything together so it is impossible. Any of you know a solution to thi? Bypassing the locks on everything? I really wanna install WINDOWS 7 again and do whatever I want on this PC! >

Why is Minecraft all over YouTube?

They're is literally over 100 Minecraft survival games channels on youtube. And what's worse is all of them are owned by 10 to 13 year olds. They think that they're So popular, but really nobody likes to watch young people play video games. It's just the truth.

First time building a gaming pc

First time building a gaming pc, help?

Added (1). My dad gave me his old Desktop. I wanted to build off of that if possible. The Specs are: MSI P6N Sli motherboard, MSI multi-gpu video link card, 2gb of ram, Core 2 Duo Processor E4500 (2M Cache, 2.20 GHz, 800 MHz FSB), No hard drive, and Thermaltake Purepower 500w. What should I upgrade first and with what? I'm looking to run games like Dota, Battlefield, Minecraft (Modded), Dayz, Etc. Thank you.

Added (2). Also, there isn't an os due to the lack of hard drive, I'm looking for windows 7 if that effects any choices for parts.

Make up an achievement for me?

Can you set me a achievement to accomplish in any one of the following video games, However not something that is already an "achievement" and I will turn it into a YouTube Video

For example I have already attempted/completed the challenges:
-Build a 3D Pokemon in Minecraft.
-Complete Fester's Quest without cheats or save states.

I also have a lot of challenges/achievements for Skyrim so if you want to give me more skyrim made up achievements then please do not make them "complete the entire game in "
