Is the Intel Q45/43 compatible with windows 10?

My machine is currently running windows 8.1 but was originally windows 7. I have tried to play minecraft but it gives me a driver error, and everytime I try to get the latest driver it tells me I don't meet the minimum specs for the driver. I was meaning to upgrade to windows 10, but will it work on there? I've tried to look this up but I keep getting blurry answers.

Do I really need a graphics card?

4 GB DDR3
1 TB HDD
AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB

$429.00

8 GB DDR3
1 TB HDD
Intel HD Graphics 4600
(Free 128gb SSD)

$469
Acer
Intel Core i5 4460 (3.2 GHz)
8 GB DDR3
1 TB HDD

(Free 128gb SSD)

$499
Acer
Intel Core i5 4460 (3.2 GHz)
8 GB DDR3
1 TB HDD
Intel HD Graphics 4600

On this computer I plan to do a triple boot of Windows 10, Mac OS X, and Linux. I also plan to use if for developing and programming, and possibly gaming (not a ton of gaming and not hardcore gaming) I plan to build websites, web-apps, mobile apps, programs (etc.) I will do some graphic design, animation and photoshop but not a ton, maybe just some for youtube, and websites. The only games I would really like to play on PC are Fallout 4 and Minecraft. So would it be necessary to have a graphics card for the things I'm doing? Also what are some good options for graphics for what I will be doing. Lastly i plan to Litecoin mine, not Bitcoin, but Litecoin mining so I can make a few bucks here and there. So all in all, what would be my best option, because as you can see, I have trouble making decisions when it comes to buying computers.

Is 16gb enough for iPhone 4S?

I'm getting an iPhone 4s and it is a 16gb. I will have about 10 songs, 10 minutes of video, 50 pics, no movies/ tv and a couple a low usage games like clash of clans, crossy road, Minecraft, and geometry dash. Will this be enough?
