Windows key activates even if it is deactivated?

Sometimes when I play games, buttons activate themselves like they would if the Windows key was pressed but it isn't. (So when I press D a new desktop opens) In fact I even have it deactivated on my keyboard. (if i press it alone it doesn't work) It also isn't my Keyboard, because this is the second one I'm using but the Problem persists. So far only 2 games have made this Problem happen. Minecraft and Borderlands 2. I'm using Windows 10, but I had windows 8 before and it happened there too. On my old keyboard it helped if I mashed on the windows key, but afterwards I couldn't type c, h, v and some other letters. Now the only way to fix the Problem is a PC restart please help me as this is very annoying.

What laptop should i get? Can't decide?

I wanna get a new laptop to replace my old desktop i got back in 05.
I most use it for web surfing, music, email ect, But the biggest load is the fact that i want to play Leauge of legends, and minecraft. And id like to skype, and play a few MMO's, i just want a laptop thats decent in most of that, i don't really mind lag i just don't want anything that crashes, i mean… 2005 windows XP. Yeah.

Added (1). I keep running out of RAM every minute, and I have 2GB unallocated, and can't allocate them to minecraft due to me having 32 bit java and ATLauncher. How do I allocate more RAM?

Added (2). I was wondering if I could somehow use multiarch to do this.

Should I buy a Windows laptop or a MacBook?

I currently have a Toshiba Satellite laptop and I use it for the internet, MineCraft, and video editing. I'm going to be buying a new laptop soon and was wondering which I should get? I'd be getting a (trustworthy) refurbished MacBook and the Windows would have to be under $400/refurbished. Since I'm used to Windows should I stick with that or should I try an Apple computer? I know Apple has better video editing programs (iMovie) and could work better with other games, but would I get used to it okay? Like is MineCraft the same? (I have an iPhone and iPod so ik how to use Apple but I've never had an Apple computer.)
