I have a computer that dosent have Internet that I want to install Minecraft on it I have a tablet with data and installed the Minecraft application and put it on my desktop when it installed I tried to open it it sais unable to install Minecraft please try again later anyone got any ideals how to fix it

I have tried logging into minecraft with my username and I have tried all 3 of the passwords I ever use so then I tried logging in with my email that I know I used for the game along with the only passwords I would ever use. None of these worked so then I tried resetting my mojang password but no matter how many times I try it doesn't send me the notification

So as if right now i'm trying to record Minecraft. Without recording on the map i'm trying to record on I get an average of 700 - 800 fps. In my recording program I cap the recording to 60. But when I start recording my fps goes to these:
Dxtory = 32 STABLE
Fraps = 50 STABLE
but when I first got my new pc I tried and was recording at 60 fps. I'm confused can someone help me?
