How to build destructible signs on Minecraft?

I was playing my lava survival with a friend the other day and he recommend rather than destroying the wool blocks one-by one with TNT, I can use a sign to hold the lava and have it all instantly fall with a piston. But I never had much detail on how this would work?
Anyone have a description, video, or image?

I have generalized anxiety over minecraft?

I'm pretty sure I have generalized anxiety. Because, like I get little adrenaline rushes over the smallest things. I love minecraft, but I'm scared of caves and the dark. Even, though I play on peaceful mode. I put up a lot of torches. I'm scared of the bats, I don't know why. I know they are little black flying things, I know minecraft isn't real. But, I get really scared.

I can't figure out how to play Minecraft two player multiplayer over lan?

I make a single player world. I open it to Lan but when my friend tries to connect it gives them and error. Something like "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host". The weird part is I can see their character in my world for a good minute before they get the error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How to install minecraft forge 1.9?

Hello all… Need some help…
Searched google before posting but can't understand exactly what I need to do to get past my problem after trying to install Forge:
I keep getting the message: "you need to run the version 1.9 manually" when trying to install Forge 1.9.
I've tried to run a "Vanilla Launcher 1.9" first to get it to work… What's a Vanilla launcher? I searched Google and had no luck.
Anyone that has a few minutes, could you explain what I need to do to get Forge 1.9 to install? Relatively new here, so please be kind… And detailed.
