Building a $800 gaming pc, what should I buy?

I'm building a budget gaming pc and I need help! My budget goes up to $800, including the Windows 7 operating system.(Maybe a bit more then $800.) I already got a ASUS GTX 760 graphics card for $200ish, and a H2 Classic Silent Midtower for $89. This is my first build and I don't know the best stuff I can get, for the cheapest costs. I'm more interested in intel processors. Also I'm looking to play games on high settings like Skyrim, BattleField 3, WatchDogs, Minecraft w/ mods, DayZ, and GTA V. Any suggestions?! Skyrim keeps crashing? Run as administrator?

Skyrim was crashing when I had a few mods I got so annoyed at it I just uninstalled them all and now uninstalled NMM. I just couldn't be bothered going back and playing skyrim until I bought the 3 DLC's I'm back to playing Skyirm and I'm enjoying it so much it wasn't crashing or anything then after a while it started again crashing once every time I played now I can't even play it loads my save and crashes. Right before the game loads the launcher gets an error and windows tries to close it and skyrim launches then crashes. I saw a "fix" (I don't know if it would work yet as I haven't tried) he said to run it as administrator. The only problem is I can't find that option it's not where it should be, it's in the right place for google chrome but not for any steam game. Only steam games it works for Battlefield and minecraft. So how can I run it as administrator if the option isn't there?

My PC can run it fine it's a self built PC.
AMD FX-6300 processor
Radeon R9 270x OC 2GB GPU
and 12GB(8 usable) of RAM.

It is automatically set to Ultra quality I have even tried changing it to High. I have all of the DLC's including the ultra texture pack one. The order in my data files is:

CPU Throttling, Intel Core i5-3350P?

So I recently broke down and built myself a gaming pc rig,
SPECS:
Gtx 750ti
8GB Ballistics Ram
Intel Core i5-3350P

My PC has never ran like I've wanted to, I get skips in frames on games, I'm sure it is CPU Throttling, But I did extensive research on my CPU before I purchased it, and it had nothing but wonderful reviews from everywhere, the fps spikes even occur in Starbound, Minecraft, Garry's Mod, etc. Very easy to run games! It is ridiculous, I know it is not my GPU, it runs just fine on games that take less CPU usage, I'm wondering, did I just get a hold of a bad CPU or is the CPU just a **** CPU, I did pay $229 on it. Also if you have any fixes for CPU throttling to share, that would be great.

Edit: I just used a program that pushed my CPU to the limit and it measured the throttle, etc, and it showed no throttling of the CPU in the stress test, not really sure if that is to bu trusted or not. Still any suggestions? I used, AIDA64 Extreme to stress test!

Does forge still works whit minecraft?

I have forge (normal one) but when I try to put a mod in minecraft 1.7.2 it doesn't work and I can't play the mode. What shud I do. Do I have to install the forge universall or mabey I can still use the normal one if it still works

If i go on a minecraft pc server with mods on it do i have to have the mod pack?

I want to go on different servers with mini games but if it uses mods do i have to have them? Ex.pixlemon

What is a good Minecraft mod pack to play?

I've played all of the following:
Hexxit
Tekkit
FTB Unleashed
Resonant Rise
Yogscast Complete
Voltz

I was just wondering if someone could recommend any new packs. I just want a little bit of variety and other things between packs.

Why does my minecraft close? - 1

I downloaded the shaders mod and got a shaders pack and double checked that I did everything right and put the shaders in the folder blah blah but now when I try to load a world my minecraft closes and I don't know why, can someone help me?

How to install the witchery mod for minecraft 1.7.2?

I have used the mod before with several different mods and now its crashing my minecraft and some of the other mods like tree capacitor universal are also crashing it and i need some help on how to fix this problem. I have tried deleting it and re-installing it but it still crashes. I need any help on how i can use the mods agian

What core mods do you need for FutureCraft (minecraft)?

I have downloaded FutureCraft, and SIMPLE PARTS PACK but it doesn't show the stuff in minecraft to be able to craft the stuff.
i have looked to see what else is needed to be able to run these mods but can't find any.
so if anyone knows what other mods i need for this to work please let me know.

How much strain does Garry's Mod put on your computer? Can it run better than Minecraft?

I was thinking about buying Garry's Mod, but I wasn't sure how resource-intensive it is as I've only ever watched videos of it. My comp can run games like Minecraft on low-medium settings pretty well, so could it run Garry's Mod just as well?
