I have a Nvidia GTX 560 1GB gfx card, 700 watt power supply, AMD 3.6 GHz processor 8 GB ram. I can't remember my motherboard at the moment, but if you need it I will look it up. The problem I have is that playing any game, graphically intensive such as BF4, or a game such as Minecraft without mods. The popup I get is something to the effect of the driver has timed out.
This is very scary.

My FPS strangely enough is 500 on average on COD: Ghosts, so why is Minecraft such a liability?

Added (1). + This is all with Optifine
+ All drivers/java are the latest
+ brand new computer, no viruses
+ Now fluctuates from 8-34 horribly
+ I have no other mods, just 1.7.4 and Optifine
I'm looking for a laptop that can run at least minecraft multiplayer, Skype, and video record at the same time. Without much fps drop.
A laptop that can run steam with video recording and skype at the same time too on games such as garrys mod or GTA 4.
Any suggestions will be a lot of help!
P.S. Desktops aren't an option

I have a server and I'm not sure were to find minecraft gun mod for 1.7.4 and how can you install more commands on the server?
I can't find the "mods" folder where you place all of your mods. I thought that when you download minecraft its just there but i can't find it… Do i really need it? If i do need to then how do you use it… Do you just place the mod inside the folder?
I really want to download the Team Crafted Mod, but I can't seem to download it. What I mean by this, is that there's a Spoiler thing under the download option. I don't know what Spoiler is. I click, "show," but nothing happens. I really want to get it, so can you Please tell me how to download it?
I'm bad with technolagy for the most part, But what I do know is how to instal texture packs and maps. I was hoping there was a mod folder in the.minecraft folder, but I don't see one, I have no clue how to back up of anything like that any answers? I have the mod and everything. Btw I have 1.7.4

So about 3-4 weeks ago my Minecraft started to crash, for no reason. I would be playing Factions or Minigames then boom a black screen. I didn't download any Mods or texture packs.
And I tried looking for answers from other people, but they all said delete the bin file cause the Meta-inf is the source of the crashing, but the thing is I don't have a bin file and I also don't have the Meta-inf
So can someone help me please, I know someone out there had the same problem as me one time so please if that's you, can you please tell me how to fix the problem.
Added (1). I can get on the home screen and in a world or server its just after 2-4 min it crashes
I will soon get minecraft on my computer and thinking about doing hunger games or mini games like tnt run. I've been trying to find out how to do this but i don't know how. Can anyone who knows tell me please.
