How to install gun mod and more commands on minecraft server?

I have a server and I'm not sure were to find minecraft gun mod for 1.7.4 and how can you install more commands on the server?

To add commands to a server, you should either have a bukkit/spigot but not vanilla server, then you goto
http://plugins.bukkit.org to get plugins. And here is where you get minecraft gun mod: http://minecraft-mods.org/3d-gun-mod/
